Sleep Schedule Plans: 3 Different Samples You Can Try for Your for 4-Month-Old Baby

When I was a first-time mom I remember googling all of these different schedules for my baby! Especially around 4 months old when my babe was really struggling with naps and nighttime sleep and I just really needed some guidance. One of the most challenging things I found on the internet was all these schedules seemed to have babies napping for 1 or 2 hours and that was just not the case for my baby and I know many others out there!

Because of this, I am giving you multiple different schedules that your 4-month-old MIGHT follow or they might not…. this is life. Give them flexibility at this age, sometimes they will nap for 10 minutes and sometimes 90 minutes and this can change day-to-day!

Awake Times for a 4-month-old:

MORNING TILL FIRST NAP: 1.5 HOUR
BETWEEN FIRST AND SECOND NAP: 2 HOURS
BETWEEN SECOND NAP AND THIRD NAP: 2.25 HOURS 
(POSSIBLE 4th NAP FOR THOSE SHORT NAPPING BABIES)
BETWEEN THIRD NAP AND BEDTIME: 2.5 HOURS
