This is a huge move! By no means am I here to tell you how or where your baby should sleep! Sleep is so personal and it’s only a problem if it’s a problem for you.

That being said… we help so many families make this move cause they’ve decided they are ready.

Here’s a couple tips:

✅Dont try to nurse all night to straight in the crib. That’s a big change. Try extra cuddles, practice holding her but not nursing before you even try to move to a crib. This will make it so much easier for your baby!

✅ Choose the tight sleep sack. There are so many options out there and I am not saying these are the best, but they are ones I recommend and use all the time. The Merlin suit and the @swaddlenot. I find giving your baby some gentle resistance using a sleep sack can help make the transition so much easier. Questions? As always, please reach out and we are so happy to help!
